IIS 7.0 Application pool not listing .NET Framework version List ?

A question that comes up a lot is this: How do I tell my IIS Application or Virtual Directory to use ASP.NET 3.5 rather than ASP.NET 2.0?

I was searching for the .Net Framework 3.5 in the dropdown but unfortunately no…. could see just the .net 2.0 Framework.

Thank God without wasting much time I happen to see this blog.
