Solution: Just uncheck the selected option. yes, it solves the problem.

Path: ==>SQL Server 2008 Management Studio ==> Tools ==> Options (then Designers).

    Might pay to say where this dialog can be found, i.e., in SQL Server 2008 Management Studio | Tools | Options (then Designers).

    By the way, I had NOT touched this setting (I didn’t even know of the dialog until I read your blog) BUT, for some reason, from one day to the other, I suddenly got this error. Did an automatic update cause the setting to change?
